PERMIT TO WORK COORDINATOR (QATAR PETROLEUM APPROVED)
LOCATION: RAS LAFFAN, QATAR
DURATION: 6 – 9 months
· Experience: 3-5 years in Oil & Gas with at least two years in Qatar Petroleum sites
· QUALIFICATION: Degree/Diploma & Safety Training
· Only QP approved candidates must apply
· Candidate must have completed double vaccination
· Must be in Qatar with QID and transferable visa
Job role:
Ensure proper co-ordination of all Works to be carried out
Ensure conflicting permits are brought to the Attention of the Site Incharge
Is the focal point for all permits issued on the site, including permits that are suspended, but where the work is not complete
Ensure compliance with the PTW originator and submission requirements
Provide a quality check of the permits, supporting documents and certificates prior to issue ensuring all the necessary signatureshave been obtained;
Assist in Operating the Permit Office to reflect current status of all Permit Work and isolations including maintaining permit display board in The Control Room for E-PTW;
Participate n Monitoring, Auditing and Assurance activities.
Participate in the E-PTW Coordination Daily Meetings.
Ensure that the Originals of all Work Permits and Certificates are Held on the site for a period of sixty days.
After 60 days, sends original work permits to HSEQ For electronic archiving (minimum duration of 1 Year)
Ensures if an Accident/incident occurs, the copy of the work permit and any associated certificate(s) shall be scanned andattached to the Incident Report (To be recorded by HSE team). The Original Permit and any associated original documents shallbe retained on file by the HSE until subsequent investigations have concluded
