Looking for Experienced & Qualified Candidate for the following position
POSITION: ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY SPECIALIST
– Bachelors Degree
– 5-10years relevant experience in Research & Development or relevant field
-Oversees research activities that are related to environmental protection.
-Monitor organizational performance, develop compliance strategies, and maintain necessary environmental permits.
– Understand environmental regulations and how research operations relate to those regulations.
-Responsible for overseeing the environmental performance of the Organization.
-Develop, implement and monitor environmental strategies, policies and programs that promote sustainable development.
-Examines research activities to identify where improvements can be made and ensure compliance with environmental requirements across the organization.
-Overall responsibility for the labโs Environmental Management System.
-Carry out environmental audits and assessments, identifying and resolving environmental problems and ensuring necessary changes are implemented. -Carry out important staff training and ensure all members of the workforce recognize and understand their own contributions to improved environmental performance.
