Job Title: Warehouse Technician
Work Location: Mesaieed and Ras Laffan
Main Duties/Responsibilities
▪ Assist warehouse controller to manage inventory in MIC & RLIC sites.
▪ Receive and issue spare parts to/from storerooms
▪ Prepare the labels and stick on each spare parts
▪ Maintain the spare parts and warehouse neat and tidy
▪ Update the material IN/OUT databases in Navision and CMMS interfaces
▪ Participate to the periodical stock counting
▪ Keep the inspected spare parts in correct location with proper labels
▪ Assist the maintenance team in finding and preparing the spare parts for inspection
▪ Participate during shutdowns on spare parts supply and stock control
▪ Ability to move independently between sites in Ras Laffan and Mesaieed using his own vehicle during work hours
Skills & Experience Qualifications:
· Must have at least a diploma in high school
· ▪ Valid Qatari driver license
Experience:
· Minimum of 5 years experience in warehouse activities
· ▪ Has experience of spare parts supply during shutdown activities
· ▪ Has experience in dangerous goods handling
· ▪ Basic knowledge about Electrical, Instrumentation and mechanical spares
Skills:
▪ Must have at least a diploma in high school
▪ Valid Qatari driver license
· Must have at least a diploma in high school
▪ Computer literate person having experience of inventory management using ERP and CMMS
▪ Good communication skill in English (read/write/vocal)
▪ Must have an intermediate level in MS Office suite
▪ Must be able to prepare reports and email for warehouse activities
▪ Must have basic knowledge of dangerous goods handling
