Ticketing Agent Responsibilities
• Assisting passengers with inquiries regarding their travel plans via phone, email, or in person.
• Providing information such as flight details, changes, or cancellations.
• Handling bookings, airline ticketing, and hotel reservations using the corresponding reservation system (GDS).
• Providing support to passengers regarding any issues that may arise with their flight bookings or hotel reservations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, or relevant field
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills (English and Arabic)
• Minimum 3 years experience as Ticketing Agent
• GDS knowledge
• IATA certificate holder
• Computer literate
• Live in Qatar and holding Qatari RP
