Technical Services Director
This position leads, plans, directs, and oversees the operational and budgetary activities of the Technical Services
Department to Include strategy and planning, budgets, rides and attractions, engineering and development, faclitles
management, show technology, building systems, technical training and capital construction projects for Quests
physical assets and 3rd party Clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 15+ years’ experience in a Technical Services Department in theme park environment
Minimum 10 yoars’ oxparionco In a managcment positlon in Rido Malntonanco
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management position in Facility Maintenance, HVAC, FLS, pumping systems
Dogroo/Diploma in Mochanical/Eloctrical/Eloctronic onghoorling
Excellent knowledge in EN &ASTM standards for Rides.
Excellent knowledge in Hydraulics & Pneumatics, Ride controls systems, and general electrical& mechanicel
systems
Adequate knowledge in Static &Dynamic machine maintenanc
Adequate knowledge in theme park AVL& Show systoms
Excallent leadership and arganizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent in budgeting & cost analysis
Proficient in MS Office, and experienced in using CMMS& BMS applications
Excellent knowledge in performance analysis of man & machine
