Master Minds Academy is a subsidiary company for INGOT Brokers; Master Minds is an educational academy founded in Qatar in 2022 to teach business skills and uplift financial literacy among individuals and groups alike.

We work on exchanging expertise in topics like business, finance, financial analysis, and budgeting with an emphasis on investing and trading. We provide learners with educational material developed and created by a team of experts in various business and financial fields who have obtained world-acclaimed certifications in business and finance.

Duties & Responsibilities

Being able to make a good judgment on individual cases and escalating more serious concerns to concerned members of the team.
Protect the brand image and increase brand loyalty with our customers.
Review user content and escalate or flag as necessary.
Full responsibility for our accounts and how information is handled and gathered.
Measuring and creating weekly reports to keep track of customer feedback.
Understanding and promoting our brands to our customers ensures our standards are consistently met, with a good understanding of our competitors.
Report SM leads in collaboration with sales teams.

Requirements

BA degree in Marketing or Business or any related field.
1-3 years in the same position
Arabic and English
A good awareness of social media and all aspects of the digital age.
Excellent customer service skills and communication skills both orally and written in both English and Arabic languages.
