Position : Service Delivery Lead – IT
Job Purpose : This position is responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality services. Managing relationships with users, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise in the delivery of IT services thereby ensuring that IT services are delivered effectively and efficiently, compliance to SLA and that users are satisfied with the services they receive.
Education and Knowledge
· Bachelor of Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
· Experience in IT Service delivery field, IT Governance & Framework.
