Senior Training Manager
We are looking for Sporting & Mass Event Professionals to join us in running the
Food & Beverage Concessions Program at the FIFA WORLD CUP QATAR 2022TM

Role:
Plan, develop, and implement a training program that will enable the workforce to render their duties and comprehend the work procedures in the venues/areas to which they have been allocated.
The suitable candidate should have a strong knowledge of large and mass event operations and solid skill to teach employees based on an operational manual.
Work with the pre-planning Core Team during manual preparation and planning phases, conduct skill assessment, and maintain training records.
Qualifications:
ยท Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, or related field. Human Resource.
ยท Senior certifications in coaching or training.
- Fluency in English communication. Language in addition to English is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years in training role.
- Major Multi-Sports / Multi Location events experience is an advantage.
- Experience in the GULF region is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service and hospitality industries is an advantage.
- Prove experience in online training technologies.
