Looking for SENIOR MANAGER.
Based in Doha & of Arabic Nationality.
Qualifications:
1. MBA in finance or Financial Degree.
2. PMP Certification is plus
3. Minimum of 15 years of extensive managerial experience in high precision, high-tech and tolerance in ERP & Financial consulting environments, either from the IT, Management consulting, corporate services or relevant industry.
4. Experience in Finance, Accounting, VAT, HR & corporate.
5. Experience handling in multinational operations from both technical and commercial perspective, with exposure to the global market is essential.
Skills:
1. ERP & financial software practices.
2. Technical & managerial skills in financial software and corporate services.
3. Leadership skills
4. Planning: Ability to perform short and long-term range planning. 5. Interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Quality-oriented and proficient in ERP software and WallPost Ooredoo (Advantage).
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintains complete authority over the ERP initiative to meet the businessโs needs.
2. Provides coaching and leadership to direct reports.
3. Regularly works with senior leadership to implement change management, project planning, resource allocation, steering committee leadership, and team organizational structure management.
4. Controls project scope and risk management.
5. Manages enterprise technical architecture.
6. Manage engagement risk, project economics, planning and budgeting and accounts receivable.
7. Communicate project needs regularly and effectively to direct reports and project sponsors.
8. Provide leadership for problem resolution to facilitate fast improvements and improve working relationships.
9. Develop and maintain contact with top decision-makers at key clients.
10. Organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process.
11. Perform as counselor and coach for WallPost solution & implementation.
12. Identify, communicate and drive implementation of WallPost and improve projects.
13. Manage compliance with state and federal regulations.
14. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Chairman.
Authorities:
1. As the senior manager of the itialuS, SM has full responsibility and authority control over the product & Service, marketing, and financial activities.
2. In conjunction with the Chairman, GM will establish and implement overall business strategies consisting of business growth, sales and marketing, human resources administration and finance.
3. Has the authority to review and approve adequate plans for budget spending, planned outputs, business efficiency, as well as head-up the product marketing and sales team to maximize company profitability and growth.
