Qualification & Skills
MBA or bachelorโs degree in marketing / Business Administration
Minimum 6-8 yearsโ experience in sales / key account management in Oil and Gas Industry.
Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner.
Manage and supervise the daily activities of the Sales executives in achieving the sales targets set for the respective territories within pre-set expenditure limits to ensure that those targets are achieved.
Negotiate and close deals with major clients within the geography to expand company sales network.
Gather key elements for product and supply chain evaluation to provide valuable customer feedback to the sales team for improvement
Native proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
