– Two sales executives are needed; Arabic nationality/ Indian nationality
– Full package of QAR 5,000 – QAR 6,000
– Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience

. Finds leads/clients to boost revenue/sales
. Conduct inbound technical support & outbound after-sales calls
. Attend sales and client meetings to introduce the service
. Attend company training and enhance knowledge on services
. Determines clientโs business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable to the needs
. Presents the service to the client & answers client questions
. Handle service issues & coordinate with technical support for complicated concerns
. Prepare sales reports as required and submit the same in a timely manner
. Responsible for end to end sales activities from lead generation, client meetings, creating and presenting proposals, and closing deals
. Prepare reports relative to customer grievances and proposed solutions
. Promote good customer relations
. Maintain the Client Database
. Arrange calls and appointment schedules
. Conducts personal visits to train clients on the subscribed module/s and attend concerns or problems with the software
