Job Description:
As a Sales Executive in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all sales initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth, meet targets, and ensure exceptional customer service in the construction sector. Your focus will be on preparing tailored sales proposals, identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the construction industry.
• Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the company, adapting to changing goals and market conditions.
• Prepare comprehensive sales quotations and proposals that align with the specific requirements of clients.
• Monitor upcoming and ongoing construction projects, identifying potential areas for participation and engagement.
• Proactively expand the customer base by building and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
• Identify and pursue new contract sales opportunities, actively seeking out potential clients and closing deals.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring smooth and efficient project management to achieve company revenue and profit goals.
• Address any issues that may arise on-site promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with logistic and operation departments to coordinate delivery and return schedules effectively.
• Uphold a standard of excellence in customer service, ensuring reliability and efficiency in all interactions with clients.
• Work diligently to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the line manager, maintaining flexibility and adaptability in the role.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of [5] years of experience in the construction industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of construction sales processes, including proposal preparation, project monitoring, and contract negotiations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
• Ability to adapt to changing sales targets and market dynamics.
• Results-driven and proactive in identifying new sales opportunities.
• Knowledge of construction industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in utilizing sales trackers and tools to track and manage sales activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• A strong work ethic, resilience, and a positive attitude towards challenges.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is a Must
