We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer who is readily available on a short term basis.
Eligible candidates need to fulfill the minimum of the below shared requirements and must have a valid QID.
RECRUITMENT OFFICER TEMPORARY
As a Recruitment Officer, you must possess effective time management skills, great communication skills, exude
contidence and the abMlty to think on your teet.
Proven work expenience and track record as a Recruitment Officer within Qatar is a must.
The role will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Advertising vacancies, screening resumes, pertorming in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Good knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and well-versed with other job portals.
Performing the end-to-end recruitment and sound onboarding of new hires.
Consistently update and complete recruitment databa se and reports.
