Position: Property Management Specialist
Location, Doha, Qatar
Qualification & Skills
Bachelorโs degree in engineering or any related field is required
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a Property/ Asset Management environment
Responsible for managing the contracts and leasing opportunities for residential and commercial properties to potential tenants.
Should have a solid grasp on real estate market trends, and property values & be competent in managing big projects
Must have excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
Bilingual candidates are preferred
