Project Manager – Electrical Engineer / Healthcare
i. Degree in Electrical Engineering from an internationally accredited
University.
ii. MMUP certified.
iii. Minimum Ten (10) years of Total Experience in Healthcare industry with comprehensive experience in relevant Engineering Disciplines, associated technologies and facilities, including Operational Hospitals.
iv. Minimum Five (5) years of experience in designing healthcare projects with prominent design firms. Moreover, having Minimum Five (5) years of experience with the Bidding Consultancy, (or delivering major HMC Projects.)
v. Strong experience in Hospital projects with Low Voltage Networks, ELV Systems, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Public Address, CCTV, Data and Telecom and Building Management System (BMS). Health Facilities Projects: Medical Lab, Imaging Diagnostic Center, Operation Theater, Clean Room, Modular Hospital Extension,
vi. Experience in working with local authorities (e.g. MOI, Kahramaa, QCDD
