Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business or a Related Field with minimum 5 years of job-related experience
– Procurement related vocational qualification and/or educational credits such as CIPS/CPSM.
– 3 plus years of in sourcing, procurement and category management in different direct and indirect sourcing categories, such as Catering, IT, Uniforms, professional services, Ground Services Equipment with demonstrable experience in the field of expertise.
– Previous experience in catering related procurement with food and beverage.
– Proven records in Category planning, analysis and management
– Proven records of building internal stakeholdersโ relationship by working together to optimize and leverage volumes and specifications, challenging these where required.
– Proven records of compliance at all times with the organization policies and processes.
– Good understanding and previous experience in setting and achieving categoryโs KPIs to strive to achieve targets and provide competitive advantage.
