Over-all responsible for visa processing and legal documents renewal with coordination with the HR
Team
Ensure the up-to-date rules and regulations of UAE government.
Must be Arabic speaker
2-4 years working experience in the same position
Strong knowledge about government rules and regulations
Familiarity with legal documents processing and representation
Ability to travel with valid driver’s licens Submitting and ensuring the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to labor and
immigration bodies, including but not limited to visit visas, employment and residence visas,
health cards, car registrations, immigration card, trade license, labor permits, export license,
economic license, and foreign license. Preparing documents to assist the new joiners in obtaining their work permit. Assisting eligible employees in the processing of new or renewal of visas for their immediate
dependents. Managing visa and labour permit requirements. Updating the HR department regarding government changes on visas, labour permit, and license
requirements. Assisting the company and employees with visa arrangements in embassies/consulates for
business travel. Maintaining database of all documents, such as; passport copies, visa copies, labour permit,
trade license, and immigration card by scanning all documents and directly updating the
database when details change. Monitoring the expiration of all documents, visas, and permits to renew them before they
expire. Proactively managing the timely renewal of all employment visas, residence visas, emirates ID,
labour permits, and company related licenses. Submitting detailed reports related to visa expenses to the Finance department. Processing attestation of employee qualifications and civil documents as required. Keeping abreast on immigration and labour law developments, new techniques and current
issues through continued education and professional growth. When the need arises, representing the company at different offices like Airport Embassies,
Police Station, Ministries, Municipality, Immigration, and other government Departments
