We are urgently looking for a Planner (6 months- extendable)
Years of experience: 7- 10 Years
Qualification:
Primavera and MS Projects โ Construction planning and methodology knowledge
Minimum of 7 years of construction project management experience โข Minimum of 7 years of experience using MS Project Primavera P3 or P6 and MS Excel.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Integrate multiple schedules into a master project schedule, baseline, status, and performance measurement baseline. Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports: Gantt, milestone charts, and other tools used to support critical path analysis, near-term tasks work, priority-based resource allocations, performance variances, and to support cost/schedule integration. Gather and analyze information to prepare reports on the progress of projects. Frequent on-site visits to review construction progress are required.
Support the project management team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects, including dashboard maintenance. Work in collaboration with the project management team to drive consistency of the project scheduling approach to facilitate accuracy in project execution and reporting
Facilitate and participate in weekly schedule reviews, Get the delay analysis from the contractors and present it to the Package owners and Management. (Challenge the % Progress to the Contractors), Get the S- Curves from Contractors and prepare othe verall S- Curve for the project.
Follow up with a contractor for project controls-related issues like Schedule update, MOM, Progress Reports, Material Reports, Manpower Reports, etc. Follow up with a contractor for project controls-related issues like Schedule updates, MOM, Progress Reports, Material Reports, Manpower Reports, etc.
Record all Change Notices of different contractors, Submit and Participate in EOT claims with proper window analysis and construction methodologies.
