andidate with minimum 1-2 years of Freight forwarding experience and locally available. Good knowledge of freight forwarding such as transport mode, Incoterms, Transit time.
1. Proficiency in data entry, check the emails & track the shipment status from regional offices and prepare the invoice accordingly.
2. Preparation of the invoice as per agreement with the customer and SOP in place.
3. Enter data as per customer requirement in the system.
4. Follow document controlling procedure.
