Job Summary: The Operations Department Manager with Hospitality Background will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company in relation to the scope of work provided, ensuring that all operational processes and procedures are efficient and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational procedures and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and motivated to provide exceptional customer service.
