Job Summary: The Operations Department Manager with Hospitality Background will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company in relation to the scope of work provided, ensuring that all operational processes and procedures are efficient and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational procedures and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and motivated to provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage and monitor the organization’s financial performance to ensure that goals are met.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all services and products are delivered to the highest standards.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably with a background in hospitality.
