Reputed Company in Doha is Looking for Operation Manager (Manpower firm) for its new establishment.
Responsibilities
*Leading and delivering complex client engagements that help identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for our clients.
*Possession of key competencies including conflict management, business negotiation, organization and decision-making.
*Conduct regular meetings & reviews to improve productivity, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction.
*Responsible for the effective management and performance of all Recruitment and Outsourcing related activities.
*Responsible for recruiting, training and retaining employees.
*Manage optimally entire internal as well as external staffing resources
*Establishing strong working relationships with clients and internal departments
*Possession of key competencies including conflict management, business negotiation, organization and decision-making etc
Requirements
*At least 3-4 years of experience in Recruitment / Staffing / Manpower / Outsourcing operation
* Candidates MUST have prior experience in Manpower Services / Contract Staffing.
โข Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
โข Possess good knowledge about local Labor laws etc.
