Our client, a leading property Investment company in Qatar and the middle east offering a wide spectrum of investments is looking for an Office Assistant to join their team in Doha.

โ€‹Job Responsibilities:
Manage the office of the Director and all communications related.
Manage and maintain an organized and efficient filing system.
Maintain & update product information on the Shared Folders on a regular basis ensuring all information is thoroughly checked for accuracy.
Receive, maintain and update employee documentation and folders as needed.
Maintain the communication up to and down the organization.
Compile and prepare company performance reports and presentations with visuals and creative graphs
Review contracts for accuracy and compliance.
Be open to answering client calls during campaigns if/when needed.

Requirements
Proficient in Arabic and English speaking and writing and possible translation from/to both languages
Computer skills – Microsoft Office suite (word processing, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational and office management skills.
Efficient and manages time effectively
Problem-solving skills
Social Media skills preferred
