HIRING Marketing & PR Associate
Are you a talented and ambitious individual looking to kick-start your career in marketing, social media, public relation & design coordination? We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing and Social Media Associate who can effectively communicate in both Arabic and English with experience in public relations to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brands and products/services.
· Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and LinkedIn.
· Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with our online community.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns.
· Analyze social media data and provide regular reports on key metrics and campaign performance.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
· Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
· Support the planning and execution of public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and events.
· Provide support in crisis communication management and reputation management.
· Coordinate with the design team to provide creative briefs, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public relation or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in graphic design and content creation is a plus.
