The Main Purpose Of Your Role Is To
Define Store Locations and ensure proper infrastructure and equipment are applied
Maintain Operations KPI (Fulfillment time, Utilization ratios, Stock Accuracy, and safe Process)
Implement/Define SOP/Operations Training Material to be considered as a PlayBook for members
Maintain Workplace Health & Safety standards are applied according to OSHA standards
Suggest enhancements to be applied all over.
Study facilities Layout to optimize spaces and capacities
Shortlisting & Hiring for Multi Levels
Manage the coverage of stores to ensure a smooth process between Stakeholders
Discuss Application enhancement with the related team to improve customer experience
Reporting Daily Performance to Management
Do you have some of these?
Proven experience working in a similar role and delivering impactful campaigns
In-depth understanding of the different marketing channels and a clear view on which channels to use to activate to support business objectives
Outstanding organizational ability and project management experience
Exceptional attention to detail
Proven experience in stakeholder management
Problem solver with a can-do attitude, happy to work autonomously
Creative thinker with experience in briefing, developing and approving creative platforms and campaigns
