DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Property Upload to CRM and maintaining information.
Landlord Registration along with adding landlord owner to the property
Supplying Reference Number to properties uploaded on CRM
Receiving Listing Form from agents and accurately adding information to the property listing.
Supplying sales team with Quotation Reference
Uploading properties on platforms
Uploading Posts on Social Media
Providing Arabic and English content for property descriptions and social media captions
Providing Landlord Report to our clients
Maintaining Records of Developers and Accurately documenting them on CRM
Providing Client Registration with the Landlord when needed
Supplying Vacancy from Developers on a weekly basis
Maintaining Commercial Registrations
Blue Plate verification to match Property Description
Ensuring Map location of the property is accurate
Closing of deals effectively on CRM for the Agents
Proper Filling of all Agent Documents
Proper documentation filing for all Documents needed for Sales Department such as Marketing Agreement, Viewing forms, Listing Forms…
Following up with developers.
On Ground Support to the Sales Team
REQUIREMENTS:

Problem-solving skills, Decision-making ability.
Organizational skills, Procedural mindset.
Ability to priorities
Attention to detail, ability to analyze data, and understanding connections.
Social media experience
