Logistics Manager
Principal Accountabilities
· Plans and budgets all logistics and expediting related activities
· Avoid any extra incidental cost to Organization and optimize the total cost of logistics.
· Increase exemption of materials to reduce import duty cost.
· Lead the function towards automated controls and reports
· Keep total control on the process with MIS and reports
· Agreements management for logistics service providers
· Manage international logistics, custom clearance, expedition, and Data analytics
· Ensure all reports and MIS are up to date with correct data and presented to management as per requirement.
· Ensure all Ministry related approval for smooth operations well in time and in compliance to laws

· Implements Facility related policy and procedures
· Oversees Facility administration and maintenance
· Ensuring reports up to date as per management requirement
· Ensures all safety and security protocols are followed
· Plans and budgets all facility related activities
