LOGISTICs OFFICER
Job description:
Responsible for monitoring stock levels and overseeing the movement of incoming and outgoing goods
Oversee and coordinate a variety of tosks to maintain adequate levels of supplies and equipment
Coordinate activities with procurement officers to ensure timely order placement of required items.
Perform follow up and tracking activities to determine shipment stotus
Address shipment and procurement problems such as delays and inaccuracies occording to company
protocols
Maintain inventory, order materials, and manage and oversee warehouse personnel
Skills/exRerience:
Ability to use computers, software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes.
Attention to detail
Effective communication, including witing, speaking and interpersonal communication
Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent customer service and client relations skills
High degree of self-discipline and motivation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Expert inventory manogement
Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions
Good Organizing skills together with methodical woys and planning
Education background
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience and Knowledge Minimum
5 years of experience in Logistics, Procurement or Supply Chain Management in Medical Sector.
With Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience
