Legal Services ( 6 months contract)
– Full experience and knowledge of the regulations and laws in force in Qatar.
– Preparing and responding to all legal notes in the interest of work
– Conducting legal studies and research in the field of work referred to him and expressing opinions on them the results of the study were presented to the Direct President
– Preparing, reviewing and drafting contracts of all kinds in the interest of the work
– Full experience and know-how in preparing propaganda newspapers and drafting reports and speeches
– Fully aware of all legal and administrative work in Qatari courts.
– Study administrative complaints and classify them according to the nature of the complaint, and present them with opinion
legal and recommend to the Supreme President to take what is necessary.
– Conducting legal research in various areas of law in order to find legal solutions sound cases in courts or pending.
– Provide timely legal advice and legal action for sections.
– Drafting legal letters, notes and other important correspondence for internal and external legal affairs while ensuring compliance with ministry standards
– Providing guidance and legal advice in the drafting and review of contracts and agreements for the Ministry
– Experience of at least 10 years in the legal field, including at least five years in the Qatari government sector
– Ph.D. in law.
