IT Support Requirements:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
Certifications are preferred, but not required.
IT Support Duties and Responsibilities
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Managing and maintaining Servers, Firewall, Active directory, PABX.
Providing technical support across the company including our restaurant (this may be in person or over the phone or site visit)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
