IT – HELPDESK SUPPORT

Arabic speaker Only
Monthly Salary QR 4,500 To 5,000 – 24/7 Shift basis.

Job Responsibility:

▪ Must be able to present ideas clearly and effectively in written and verbal form,
▪ adjusting language or terminology according to needs of the user.
▪ Knowledge and experience of ticketing systems. (At least 3 years)
▪ Ability to edit, compile, assimilate, organize and analysis printed and electronic
▪ information.
▪ Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
▪ Computer skills to operate software Application. Well versed with MS Office Suite to
▪ create spreadsheets, compose messages.
▪ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
▪ Knowledge of office administration and background of IT applications.
▪ Must be a good team member with focus organizational goals.
▪ Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge:
▪ MS windows server administration (problem tracing, log monitoring, installation, administration-
▪ 2-3 years of total experience in IT Administration or Call Centre
▪ Bachelor’s in IT or any equivalent diploma
