You will be responsible for
• Consolidation of the goods movement. Tracking movement of goods.
• Perform cyclic stock checks.
• Update stock position of each brand and analyzing the sales of fast- & slow-moving goods and update to inventory manager accordingly.
• Conduct audit task, related with stock, and discrepancy of stock count investigation.
• Randomly review, all locations, security services and system check.
• Provide timely update information & support to operations, merchandise team.
• Maintain for document filing systems.
• Follow store/showroom visit based on schedule, to maintaining inventory accuracy through performing cycle counts and comprehensive physical inventories.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly inventory reports.
• Transfer out slip vs. in slip comparison report & pending out slip – email to concern showroom.
• Head Office Merchandise monitoring, reconciliation of stock, STVs & follow up with stakeholders.
• Negative SOH monitoring follows up with stores & resolution.
• Epicor & Retail Pro SOH comparison for the integrated locations, follow up with IT for variance.
• Extraction of SOH reports (TBG).
• Follow up In- transit merchandise with stores/warehouse & work accordingly.
• Manage and maintain the company stock product inventory documentation.
