REQUIRED โ IT HELPDESK (QATAR RESIDENTS ONLY)
– Installing and configuring IT networks, hardware, and software components to ensure usability.
– Configuration and management of IP telephony system. Setting up new, troubleshootin,g and replacement if needed.
– Managing CCTV network system including monitor and backup on daily bases.
– Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and fix accordingly.
– Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
– Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
– Software imagining and image backup on daily bases for Servers, End Users and related.
– Conducting daily drive data backup operations like Shared Drives, End user laptop/Desktop etc.
– Managing attendance management system.
– Managing technical documentation.
IT Technician Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
– 3+ years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.
– 3+ years in VoIP and CCTV Support.
– CCNP & MCSE Required. Additional certifications are plus.
