To arrange the request for Laptop / PC, welcome mail, ID Card, CUG plan,
Updating the in ERP / HRMS portals.
To coordinate the date of joining, offer letter and other joining formalities.
To confirm the joining date of employees.
Attendance Management.
Submission of Attendance Sheet and time sheet for pay roll processing
HR SPOC for Management Employees
Updating Masterfile (Bank Details, document pending Personal filling).
Checking and Answering Concerns and inquiries of all employee queries
Salary Grievances , Employment certificates.
Preparation and computation of leave, full and final settlements.
Submitting and coordinating in documents required for Legalities
SPOC for Employee Engagement Activity and Cultural Club.
