Job specs:
Must be bi lingual (English /Arabic)
Proficient in Microsoft office especially Excel and Word
Previous 3 to 5 years HR experience
Main responsibilities:
– Overseeing and enforcing the attendance policy, monitoring company wide attendance data, and coordinating with individual employees with regard to attendance issues.
– Leave and overtime calculation and management
