5achelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related tield.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 8 years of experi ence in handling business & operations.
GCC experience will be an added advantage.
KEY EXPECTATIONS:
Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
Strong problem soving, critical thinking, cOaching, interpersonal and verbal and writtern
communication skils.
Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
ADity to plan ror and keep track of muRiple projects and deadlines.
Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources and customer service
procedures.

procedures.

RESPONSIBIUTIES:
Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and
properly maintained.
Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and
process payroll and other expenses.
Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences
interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
Collecting organizing and storing information using computers and fling systems.
Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
Building and expanding on skills by engaging in educational opportunities
Oversee the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts related to
purchasing materials, supplies, products, or services.
Create and maintain effective internal controls for equipment inventory.
Manage the organization’s office and storage space. Perform as liaison with varies vendors,
providing mainten ance, security, and other occupancy services.
Ensuring all statutory approvals and pemissions are in place and valid.
Oversee documentation and statutory approvals related to registration of new company
branches and expansion initiatives at multiple location.
