LEISURE is looking for an experienced Head of HR!
The Head of HR leads and manages the HR Department by defining, developing, and implementing HR plans, policies and procedures and contributes to the development of the vision, culture, and values of the organization.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration. Master’s degree is a plus.
Industry Experience
· Minimum of 5 years experience in HR/OD with 2 years in a Managerial position.
· Broad knowledge and experience in Qatari Labour Law, organizational planning & development, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, talent development, and employee relations.
· Relevant experience in the Hospitality/Entertainment industry is a plus.
Management Skills:
· Ability to implement policies, procedures, and programs with viable HR strategy and planning
· Knowledge and understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes.
Personal Qualities:
· Ability to be persuasive and influential
· Must be skilled in collaborative leadership of individuals and groups
Technology Skills:
· Computer literacy adapted to the field of HR
· HRM Systems knowledge and proficiency
Language Skills:
· English language proficiency, Arabic language proficiency is a plus
Communication Skills:
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
