JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Establishes business plans for 5 companies.
Meets company financial objectives by developing finances.
Attracts clientele by developing and implementing marketing, advertising, and public and
community programs.
Controls purchases and inventory by meeting the Operations Manager and Finance Manager.
Maintains operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures, aiming for consistent services, productivity and quality.
Manages productivity and staff costs.
Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy facility by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the F&B & hospitality industry.
Manage and control the business entire operation.
Provide the highest guest/customer services.
Ensuring guest/customer satisfaction.
Create and implement customer loyalty programs.
Develop and create a comprehensive marketing plan
Attend regional food or any business related events.
Effectively address consumer inquiries and grievances
Manage and coordinate shifts
Manage and guide personnel, hire new hires, train staff, and assess staff performance
Calculate consumption, foresee needs, and keep inventory
Manage the supplies
Control costs and minimize wastage
Cultivate a supportive workplace
Keep an eye on things and take corrective action
Employ cutting-edge tactics to boost output and sales.

Whom Are We Looking For?

10+ years of F&B, and or Hotel experience & 5+ years of experience as a General Manager with similar capacity in the same industry
Strong knowledge of front and back-of-house operations including customer service, food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, and food safety.
Strong leadership, and motivational skills
Strong people management skills and experience while coaching and monitoring the staffs
competency of team members.
Excellent knowledge of Food Regulation, Relevant Codes of Practice & Quality Standards, and Health & Safety Regulation
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Exceptional communication and organizational skills โ€“ able to speak and listen effectively; great written & verbal communication
Masters or bachelorโ€™s degree in any related field
