Finance Director
This position manages the Finance, Cash Control, Warehouse and Purchasing department activities. Set
strategy, policies and ensure processes and procedures safeguard the assets of the Company. Ensure that
enough manpower resources are emplayed, budgets are set each year and regular monthly reparts are
prepared and revilewed. Review and recommend major changes to existing projects/processes and review
feasibility of new projects proposals. Act as the lead for Internal audit across the Campany and will be
responsible for revlewing all accounting policies and for communkcating any changes required. The role will
also directly oversee the monthly management accounts and annual budget.
Requirements:
Extensive understancing of Generally Accoptad
Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International
Accounting Standards (AlS)
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equvalent
5 years’ mensgerial experience within a medium to
large, mutidepartment organization
Professional certificetion (ACCA, CPA CMA or CIMA) s
Excellent presentat on sklls and sbility to explaln data
prefered
clearly to non-finance Users
Qualification In Contract Law and Business Finance/
Be able to work with multinational environment
Ability to influence business dacisions at a strategic
level, driving cost optimization through purchasing and
internal operations.
Detaled working knowledge of any tickating, F&B and
Retail (POS), Microsoft Dynamics 365 or simlar
systems would be additional advantage
Financlal Management is desirable
Previous experience in the theme park/hospitality in
middle east rogion prefered
Strong communication, anelytical and problem-solving
skills
Excellent computer sklls in MS applications (MS Word
MS ExceL MS Outlook & MS PowerPoint
Experlenced within all aspects of Procurement &
Supply Chain Management
Should be familiar with Finance& Purchasing
applications
