Finance DirectorQualifications like CA, CMA, ACCA, FCA, or Post graduation in Finance/Accounts is a must.
Must have 10-15years of relevant experience as Finance Director.
At least 3-5 years experience in a similar capacity either in the Construction/Contracting domain of work
Must have experience working in a group of companies.
Experience in the construction industry in Qatar is necessary.
Arabic nationality is highly preferred.
Managing Director
Have a solid 20 years of experience (at least 5 years of experience in similar role) in Construction and Oil & Gas sector.
PMP Management system knowledge
Bachelorโs degree in civil engineering
PMP or any relevant certifications
Head of Division
Min. of 15 – 20 years of experience within Oil & Gas environment of which 5 – 7 years needs to be in similar capacity (Director/Advisory level)
EPC experience required
Must have Qatar experience in leading spearheading large-scale Oil and Gas projects
Should possess strong understanding of the latest developments in Oil & Gas industry, technical skills to interpret, direct and control various operational activities and systems involved in Oil & Gas projects
Should possess strong leadership and team development skills to lead various project teams to accomplish the objectives fulfilling all specifications and limits
Strong effective communicator in writing, business presentations and in interpersonal communication and client interactions
Able to direct the efforts of a team of diverse project engineering professionals.
Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution while being cost-sensitive and commitment to continuous learning.
Demonstrated ability to visualize the big picture and provide useful and strategic advice and input across business of the company and on the senior executive team.
Senior HR Manager
3-5 years in a similar capacity with preferred experience in large-scale Construction/Contracting companies.
Willing to work 3-6 months contract
