Your day to day As a Driver, you will assist Transport hotel guests to and from the airport and other destinations. Observance of rules and regulations on road safety and courtesy. Assistance in loading luggage of newly arrived guests, assistance to porter in unloading luggage upon arrival at the landing area, see to it that vehicle assigned is properly operated and always in good condition. Conducting daily checks of battery, oil, and radiator. Submission of vehicles that are scheduled for a check-up and tune-up such as; changing of the oil filter and other preventive maintenance service or as necessary, as per car manual to his superior. Ensuring daily gas-up of vehicles every early morning as necessary and endorse invoices to immediate superior for accounting purposes. Reporting to superior any engine faults, malfunctions or accidents encountered as well as guests complaints. Ensure that guests’ preferences, offering of amenities to guests are fully observed. Relays of all arriving guests Chief Concierge/Manager On Duty for immediate information. Accomplishment of Car Control Sheet for every trip being made. Endorsement of car key to Manager on duty after a tour of duty. Assists valet parking services to hotel guests and patrons. Reviewing logbooks for information, pending matters, and execution for follow-up. Must be able to assist in washing hotel cars and other facilities if exigency calls for it. Perform other occasional duties that may be issued from time to time by his superior.
What we need from you Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for Experience as a driver in Qatar. Valid Qatari driver’s license. Good communication skills, Good knowledge of buildings and landmarks, and Flexibility in shifts.
