Job Summary:
The Digital Products Manager is responsible for each product & platform end to end, including the overall strategy, architecture, operations and management. He is also responsible for responsible for delivering valuable, innovative products to the marketplace in line with the organization’s digital strategy.
His/her role is to determine and oversee delivery of the strategy and roadmap for the IT products to achieve Business Outcomes and financial objectives. Their responsibilities include coordinating with IT, Business and financial stakeholders to set priorities, managing new development and operations and providing direction and oversight to product teams.
The mindset expected is that of a “digital dreamer” who wants to constantly improve the product & platform, has an Automation 1st mindset, an API 1st mindset and is a data analysis driven person.

The primary responsibilities are:
Empowered to make decisions regarding the product capabilities on the firm’s behalf.
Responsible for establishing the product vision and product roadmap.
Serves as the sole “content authority” for the product.
Responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog (a prioritized set of features) in order to deliver a whole, valuable product.
Product Management:
• Develop a deep understanding of business goal and processes to informed product priorities and improvement recommendations
• Develop strong relationships and regularly communicate with product stake holder’s ad customer to shape the product strategy and surface and priorities needs.
• Lead product strategy, planning and life cycle management effort.
• Share insight on technology trends and emerging capabilities.
• Identify technology solutions to meet business and financial objectives.
• Ensure alignment with technology standards.
• Use information input (e.g., internal and external trends) to continuously evolve and improve product lines.
• Collaborate to shape product strategy and ensure alignment with technology capabilities
• Research business, market and technology trends to improve product strategy and proactively propose new solutions.
• Establish products roadmap and release plans that satisfy requirements and achieve business outcomes. Develop product architecture that’s matches global standards.
• Contribute to translating business requirements into actionable product and technical requirements. Keeping the UI/UX at the center.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance and proactively champion product improvements.
• Determine internal and contract/external resources and skills required for the product team to deliver on the product roadmap.
• Guide the product engineering team to scope, plan, and deliver work, applying established delivery methodologies (e.g., agile methods) and best practices (e.g., Reusability)
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers to achieve business objectives for the product, including technical and resourcing challenges.
• Ensure alignment and adherence to corporate, financial and IT standards (i.e architecture, compliance, and security)
• Increase adoption and consumption of product capabilities,
• Manage investments decisions making and finances for the product, taking a return-on-investment approach to increasing the value while minimizing product cost
• Serve as product manager for multiple related products.
• Build analytics around the product to further drive product evolution & adoption.
Project Management:
• Ensure the assigned project is delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
• Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
• Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders
• Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
• Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
• Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed
• Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation
Job Knowledge & Skills:
Hands-on skill for product architecture (former Enterprise Architect)
Worked previously in tech start-up organizations
Knowledge (Advanced) in Reactjs, React Native, Flutter, Nodejs, Mongo DB, SQL DB and API’s
Scrum Manager
Agile Project methodologies
Worked on Jira or other Kanban tools
Design skills on Figma (nice to have)
UX Testing experiences

Good UI/UX Sense
Job Experience
Minimum 8-10 Years in Managing Digital Products
Exposure to SAP solutions such as S/4 Hana, SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors is a big plus
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Startups
Coding experience in front end, back end, databases technologies
