– Data Analyst
– BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
– Minimum of 3 years of related work experience with a minimum of 2 years in Loyalty Programs preferably in the GCC.
– Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
– Experience with Loyalty Management Systems.
– Experience with Help Desk Systems.
– Experience with data analysis systems like Power BI, Tableau.
– Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken) is an advantage
– With Valid Qatar QID
– Can provide NOC
– Salary To Be Discuss Upon Interview

Key Responsibilities:
· Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
· Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
· Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
· Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
· Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
· Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
· Updating and amending existing databases to capture all relevant data.
· Managing database access based on TBI Access Matrix.
· Ensuring that databases are complete, accurate and up to date.
· Liaising with programmers, applications, and IT Department in terms of troubleshooting requirements.
· Managing database security/integrity and backup procedures.
· Archiving data in accordance with set guidelines.
