Customer Care Coordinator and Site Supervisor

Local Hiring: Our Company is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator and Site Supervisor – Full / Part Time (Kids Health Club) The successful candidate, under the supervision of Senior Management will undertake the following responsibilities:-
Handling Registration
Answering phone calls for English and Arabic Speaking Customers
Following up calls and liaising with potential customers
Respond to emails/texts in both English and Arabic
Respond to Social Media inquiries- Collate data as per management request and provide feedback
Arabic as the first language is preferred, Others can also apply.
