Job purpose: To collaborate and integrate with the stakeholders in formulating and building the business strategies and business needs to support and design the key performance indicators.

Essential Experience

8 years of extensive senior level management experience in a complex health environment.
Ideally 3 years working in GCC
Extensive knowledge of current trends affecting the health arena in Qatar.
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
Actively adapt style and approach for effective communication
Negotiate persuasively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Education requirements

Graduate degree (Essential) | Postgraduate degree in medical services (Preferred)
Certification in Healthcare Management (Preferred)

Main tasks and responsibilities (the position exist to perform the below tasks and essential activities)

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to develop a clear and concise summary of business needs and strategies to develop communication and information to support improvements towards key performance indicators.
Integrate information and findings from disparate datasets to develop actionable information to enable data-driven prioritization and decision-making and track the effectiveness of programs over time.
Takes input from multiple stakeholders to develop a clear and concise summary of business needs and strategies to develop communication and information to support improvements towards key performance indicators.
Connects information and findings from disparate datasets to develop actionable information to enable data-driven prioritization and decision-making and track the effectiveness of programs over time.
Motivated and proactive with superior organizational skills and the ability to balance and manage competing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in moving between tasks and projects.
Analyze of organizational data to drive financial outcomes and improve service delivery.
Review own work to achieve continuous improvement.
Build and monitor effective policies and procedures within areas of responsibility.
Identify positive opportunities to develop capabilities.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and works collaboratively with multiple teams including analytics, marketing, strategy, and population health to leverage data from multiple sources and create new insights and information.
Provide input into the development and implementation of the departmentโ€™s policies, systems, processes, and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement, to support an efficient and effective operation.
Contribute to the development and execution of the departmentโ€™s short to mid-term plans to ensure alignment with the divisionโ€™s strategic priorities and contribute to the development of annual business plans for the assigned areas of responsibility to support the achievement of financial objectives.
Monitor, control and report key performance indicators related to the department, to track performance and recommend corrective actions.
Manage the performance management, career progression and activities of direct reports by setting annual objectives, identifying training opportunities, mentoring, coaching, and providing constructive feedback to improve their performance.
Contribute with ideas that support an efficient and effective structure and resource allocation for the department, to ensure smooth workflow of operational processes and optimal utilization of resources.
Provide input into the preparation and consolidation of the departmentโ€™s budget, monitor financial performance during the year and identify areas of unsatisfactory performance (if any), and recommend mitigating actions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE&E and QM policies, procedures, and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality service standards and a responsible environmental attitude.
