We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer for a rapidly expanding overseas manpower consultancy firm Doha – Qatar
Locations: Doha – Qatar
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: QAR 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Responsibilities
– You will work closely with the executive team to develop marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
– You will create plans for branding, advertising, public relations, and digital marketing, among other areas.
– Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
– Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
– Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
– Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
– Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
– Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
– Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
– Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Educations & Qualifications
– Must have master’s degree in business administration (MBA)
– Minimum 5-8 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
– Experience in strategic planning, branding, advertising, and digital marketing is highly desirable.
– Must have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop effective marketing strategies and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
– Must have excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively with other members of the executive team, manage marketing teams, and build relationships with external stakeholders.
– Must be creative and innovative in developing new marketing strategies and campaigns that stand out in a crowded marketplace.
– Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
– Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
