As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth within the company, develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
Responsibilities:
Locating potential business deals by contacting potential customers, discovering, and exploring opportunities.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals.
Creating informative presentations by delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
Proactively initiating and engaging sales calls to new prospects.
Developing and implementing strategies for new services.
Developing and delivering business plans through carrying out research, formulating market analysis and delivering accurate business reports.
Building referral and lead generation network.
Maintaining client activities in CRM.
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
Defining and follow up on monthly and yearly targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of local real estate market.
2 to 3 yearsโ experience in Business Development, Marketing or Sales.
Strong client relationship management skills.
Market research experience.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Qatari driving license.
