Business Development Executive Mountainise is a USA-based digital technology services company expanding its operations in Qatar and Saudi Arabia to provide innovative solutions that solve customers’ business challenges. We seek a results-driven Business Development Executive passionate about driving business growth and building long-term client relationships.
We are looking for a high-performing business development executive based in Qatar.
Job Description:
1. You must demonstrate a consistent record of achieving 100%+ quota throughout your career.
2. You must demonstrate an ability to build an 18-month opportunity pipeline.
3. You must demonstrate deep customer empathy, and your past customers renewed your service or product offerings year over year.
4. You must have a demonstratable ability to build deep relations with the C-suite.
5. You must have a track record of opening new markets like Qatar, Saudi and the Emirates.
6. Proven ability to prepare professional and accurate proposals and statement-of-work documentation for project closing.
7. You must demonstrate an ability to generate high-quality leads and develop a daily schedule to close new customer leads.
8. An ability to maintain empathic relationships with existing clients to ensure delightful customer service reflected by Net Promoter Score (NPS) of
9 and identify potential new sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years of proven years of experience in business development or sales in technology sales. 2. Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
3. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated by existing relationships in Qatar-based enterprises.
5. Demonstratable analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
