Accountant ( Immediately)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Accountant who will be responsible for preparing and auditing the financial documents, overseeing the financial status, reconciling bank statements, performing assessments, and making recommendations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Document financial transactions by entering account information.
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Maintains Client confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Organize and update financial records as needed (digital and physical).
Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures and investments.
Audit financial transactions and documents on a regular basis.
Assist in handling monthly, quarterly and annual closings.

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelorโs Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
3-4 years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
Hands-on experience with accounting software / Tally.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Experience with general ledger functions.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
