Experience : 3-4 years
Age : 25-35
Key Performance Indicators
1. Ability to manage huge volume of cash disbursement & recording of the same.
2. Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
3. Process & post all transaction such as Journals, Purchases & Expenses on daily basis with high accuracy.
4. Work towards timely billing, collection, payments in such way that AP / AR is maintained at optimum level.
5. Perform monthly and regular reconciliations of banks, accounts payable and receivable
6. Prepare & maintain records for accruals / prepaids for all revenue & expenses accurately.
7. Assist Sr. Accountant with books closing in timely manner.
8. Prepare monthly payroll of all the employees and ensure salaries are paid on time each month.
9. Proficient in MS office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
10. To adhere to company policies, procedures and business ethics and ensures that they are implemented, accordingly.
Nationality : Sri lanka/Philippines
Salary : As per the Industry and company Salary Scale (all inclusive) Other Requirements : Ready To Join Immediately
