PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Our Account & Content Production Executives readily push creative boundaries to help elevate our brands on all social media platforms. They are expert account handlers and see content opportunities wherever they look.

They have their finger on the pulse of the latest trends and movements and apply these to our brands at will.

Passionate, fast-moving, and innovative, they are the eyes and ears of our clients socials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take ownership of client relationships, creating and implementing social media strategies
Always up-to-date with todayโ€™s digital & mobile consumers, to develop brand-specific strategies
Guide and contribute to the development of creative ideas and deliverables
Collaborate with teams in other departments (PR, Creative, Paid Social) to improve and execute client deliverables, processes, and output
Support the development of the social media strategy for your clients by taking on social listening, trends, and performance figures.
Demonstrated knowledge of analytical reporting, focusing on ways to improve your social content, platform, or performance. Being able to answer why.
A pro-active individual who is excited by the latest trending topics, memes, or GIFs and wants to find ways for their client to incept in these conversations
Can manage an extended team for projects including planning, creative, and media teams.
Understands the basics of social media performance and can work with the media planning team to ensure content meets KPIs
Develop all monthly and quarterly reports, and benchmarking analyses, with the support of a social media manager.
Develop briefing documents for always-on and campaign performance
A passion for story-telling through content, short-form film, and video
Research industry-related topics to help jump on trends visually
Work alongside creative and strategy teams to conceptualize/storyboard video content for clients
Create various content types (video, social media templates and look and feel) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides including and not limited to
Live events/event highlights
Interviews/talking heads
Social media campaign videos
Social video content
Edit and create social media cutdowns for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Support to develop and maintain digital content guidelines
Utilize various digital publishing platforms to create structured drafts
Develop and deliver social media campaigns that form part of QFโ€™s brand
Can capture or shoot content using various filming equipment to produce content such as Tik Tok or short videos
Provides a clear direction for the team in support of business objectives.
Understand the dynamics of the market and the brand within the market.
Highly skilled in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, and Davinci. Basic knowledge of illustrator and graphic design audio recording, processing, and color grading required. skills in motion graphics skills are a benefit.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor’s degree with 3-4 years of experience working within the digital/social agency space
Stellar written and presentation communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior brand managers and partner agencies.
Proven expertise in brand strategy, across a number of verticals, with the ability to translate strategy into smart and sound digital tactics
An understanding of a brand marketing mix, ensuring that social & digital strategies integrate and amplify more traditional channels
